BPW Installs Officers

Officers of the Martinsburg Business and Professional Women’s Club were installed. Officers for 1995-96 were Ione Hammaker, president; Dawn Burket, first vice president; Connie Stouffer, second vice president; Audrey Hite, recording secretary; Pat Wareham, corresponding secretary; and Donna Smith, treasurer. Special guest at the picnic supper at the Juniata Crossing Bed and Breakfast was Crystal Gorman, recipient of the 1995 Martinsburg BPW Business Award.

Martinsburg Blue won the Martinsburg Little League Tournament by defeating Roaring Spring Blue, 12-0, on July 10. Members of the team were Ryan Clouse, Joey Hinton, Jordan Ferraro, Josh McConnell, Randy Dicken, Aaron Byler, Seth Davis, Jack Edwards, Justin Hoover, Brandon Rhodes, Justin McCall and batgirl Jenna Clouse. Coaches were Randy Rhodes, Joe Hinton, Junior McConnell and Mike Clouse.

Mike Kopco and Stacey Senft were opening a Fox’s Pizza Den on East Allegheny Street in Martinsburg.
