RUTH A. HILLEGASS

Ruth A. Hillegass, 73, of Altoona, passed away on Saturday evening, July 18, 2020, at her residence, following an extended illness. She was born on Dec. 3, 1946, in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late George and Marion (Talbert) Dubbs.

She is survived by two daughters: Joni Ebersole (Scott), with whom she resided, and Dawn Griffith (Keith) of Martinsburg; four grandchildren: Veronica Griffith, Alexandrea Griffith, Sierra Griffith and Scott Ebersole Jr.; a brother, John Dubbs (Anne) of Seattle, Wash; and three sisters: Martha Straubel (Jim) of Lancaster, Nancy Magill of Mentor, Ohio, and Li...
