Borough Receives $5,475

Martinsburg Borough was the recipient of a check in the amount of $5,475 on Wednesday, July 22. Richard Brantner Jr., borough manager, receives the check from April Ressler, president of the Teeter Group insurance firm.

The money was a dividend paid from the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Safety Group Dividend Program. Ressler said 135 boroughs are participating and will share in this year's payout of $739,741, the largest dividend paid to the boroughs since the inception of the program 10 years ago.
