Korb Freeman was surprised in 2018 by the Blair County Honor Guard with a uniform and honorary membership.

Korb Freeman loves his job. He works for Shirley's Cookies in Claysburg and can work almost any job on the line. And there isn't a job he doesn't like.
"There is no worst thing they can ask me to do. I like it all. But the best part definitely is when I get covered with batter," Freeman said.
Freeman started with Shirley's in August 2019 and felt as though he fit right in from the beginning. Co-workers are like extended family.
"We all have each others' back. I've got so many friends there it's crazy," Freeman said.
