The Martinsburg Planning Commission has gone on record as opposing plans for the new post office.

Morrisons Cove mourns the loss of another of its young men, John S. Bailey, 20 of S. Market St., Martinsburg, was fatally injured in an automobile accident on the Curryville Road last Thursday.

Youngsters who held a backyard carnival at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jay Butler, East Sharpsburg, netted $153 toward the Muscular Dystrophy Fund.
