Jersey Named Open Supreme Champion; Holstein Takes Top Youth Honors

A 3-year-old Jersey owned by Hard Core Farm, represented by Donnette and Keith Fisher of New Enterprise, was named the senior supreme champion of the Open Show on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park, Martinsburg. A 5-year-old Holstein owned by Molly Cessna of Bedford was named the reserve supreme champion. The Blair/Bedford Youth and Open Dairy Show was held Aug. 4 at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park, Martinsburg.

Joe Stitt of Belleville judged the show, which was held in conjunction with the Blair/Bedford Dairy Show Aug. 3 and 4 at the park.

Hard Core Colton Finnish, a Jersey 3-year-old owned by Hard Core Farm, New Enterprise, was named the senior supreme champion of the Open Show. Breeders are Ashley and Kristen Fisher.

C-Cove Stanleycup Lakesha, a 5-year-old Holstein owned by Molly Cessna of Bedford, was named the senior reserve supreme champion of the Open Show. Cessna Brother is the breeder....
