Sproul Man Facing Charges

What started as a simple traffic stop has landed a Sproul man in jail awaiting a preliminary hearing on several charges.

According to the police report, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Aug. 16, a Greenfield Township police officer observed a motorcycle being operated by David Lee Baird II, 47 of Sproul, without rear lighting traveling in the area of Dunning's Highway and Sycamore Lane.
