Family, friends and co-workers shared fond recollections as they honored the memory Dr. Richard Harrison Bulger Aug. 11 by dedicating a tree as a living memorial to him for his many years of service to the community.

D & S Primitive Creations Wood Furniture officially opened Sept. 3 at the corner of Market and Allegheny streets in Martinsburg. The site is the former A Touch of Spring Floral & Gifts Shop.

The Williamsburg Borough Council Tuesday, Sept. 7, accepted the resignation of Mary Ann Over, borough secretary for about two years.
