IRC Collected 57,000 Pounds of Hazardous Waste at August Event

The IRC collected nearly 57,000 pounds of hazardous materials at its annual Household Hazardous Waste Collection at PNG Field on Aug. 21 and 22.

Residents throughout Blair County were encouraged to participate and bring their household hazardous waste to the collection. More than 450 households dropped off material at the collection.
