Laced Up and Walking for Alli in Williamsburg

On Sunday, Sept. 13, people laced up their walking and running shoes in Williamsburg for a cause: to celebrate the life of Allison Edwards.

Edwards, a resident of Williamsburg, passed away in 2015, but her memory lives on through the Laces for Alli event. The annual event brings together runners and walkers alike to honor Allison's life.

This year's theme was "Choose Joy" and donations from the event went to Yard Kitty, Hollidaysburg. Yard Kitty helps find stray cats homes and helps with spaying and neutering.

Yard Kitty also helps the elderly keep cats by taking them food and litter. Those...
