To accommodate the increased limestone business, a new freight train was placed on the Williamsburg branch. The Juniata Limestone Co. at Carlim was running double turn.
The Rev. Peter Keagy conducted the funeral service over the remains of David Lyons’ child at the house. Interment was in Keagy Cemetery.
John Grabill died at his home in Greenfield Township at the age of 80.
