Only a limited number of fans were allowed inside Panther Community Stadium to watch Friday's game between Northern Bedford and Bellwood-Antis.
Bellwood-Antis visited Panther Community Stadium last Friday night, Sept. 11, for a highly anticipated meeting of two of the pre-season football favorites in the Inter County Conference.
The first half of the contest had the makings of an epic back-and-forth battle between the two highly touted squads, but in the end, it was Bellwood and its size and experience on the line of scrimmage that proved to be the difference in the 36-14 Bellwood victory.
