Teens Juveniles Run Away

The hot topic at Monday’s Roaring Spring Borough Council meeting appeared to be whether to hire a part-time police officer after the resignation of Patrolman Eric Hetrick.

According to State Police Trpr. Gerry Smith, investigating officer for the incident, three juveniles, ran away from Cove Forge Behavioral Health System, Williamsburg RR. The juveniles ran into the wooded area that surrounds the facility. State police were called to investigate and search helicopters were used in an attempt to locate the runaway teens.
