W-bury Twp. Resident Asks About Noise Ordinance

Larry Mock attended the Oct. 1 meeting of the Woodbury Township (Blair County) supervisors to discuss plans for a pavilion.

Mock plans to build a pavilion and he asked supervisors if there were any ordinances regarding noise or having people there in later evening hours. Mock also wanted to make supervisors aware that the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) was looking into building grounds because there had been complaints that the pavilion was within 50 feet of a waterway. Mock said that he has people looking into this for him and is trying to get the correct permit for it.
