Our last week of sweet treats until we get ready for one of my favorite meals – Thanksgiving dinner. Here are two sweet candy recipes that you might want to finish out your October with.

Buttercreams

Filling

1/2 cup butter, softened

3 ounces cream cheese, softened

1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

4 cups powdered sugar

Coating

1 – 12 oz. package semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 Tbsp. shortening

Directions:
