Martinsburg Man Arrested for Rape of 15-year-Old Girl in Somerset Co.

A Martinsburg man is accused by police of raping a 15-year-old girl in Somerset County.

Pennsylvania State Police, Somerset, were called at approximately 1:30 a.m., Oct. 18, to investigate a report of the rape of a 15-year-old Somerset girl.

The 15-year-old victim alleged that Chadrick R. Magee, 36, of Martinsburg, raped her in the basement of her parents' home while they were upstairs.

The victim stated that she went with her family to a haunted house and that her father's co-worker, Magee, and his son went with them.
