The Blair County Return Board re-convened this morning. Unofficial results will be submitted to the state and updated on the website tomorrow, Tuesday, November 10th. The Return Board will re-convene at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12th for the Challenge Hearing on Provisional Ballots.
