Voter Turnout in Region Hits 79 Percent

Editor’s Note: The following is the latest information received from the Blair County Return Board. It is presented here to Herald readers unedited.

The Blair County Return Board re-convened this morning [Nov. 7]. We continued reviewing provisional ballots. We reviewed a total of 937 provisional ballots. 728 of the provisional ballots will be counted. 6 of these provisional ballots will partially count because they were people who voted in the wrong state legislative district.
