Woodbury Twp. Considers Fireworks Company Request

Gary Brumbaugh of Brumbaugh’s Fireworks Display, Inc, of 3062 Royer Mountain Road, attended last Thursday evening’s Woodbury Township meeting, Nov. 5, to ask for a zoning variance for the business’s sprinkler system.

The fireworks business is regulated by the Pa. Department of Agriculture, and regulations state that Brumbaugh can sell 125 pounds of pyrotechnics in his store in the township. Brumbaugh said that to increase product availability inside the store, it is recommended that he go with an H3 automatic sprinkler system or a dry system.
