NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Borough Council of Woodbury Borough, Bedford County, Pennsylvania that the Borough Council in and for such Borough intend to consider for enactment at their next regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. a proposed Ordinance titled, “AN ORDINANCE FOR THE BOROUGH OF WOODBURY, BEDFORD COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, AMENDING, REPEALING, AND/OR REVISING ORDINANCE NUMBERS 1919-I, 1910-III AND 1914-II OF SUCH BOROUGH TO THE EXTENT THEY ARE INCONSISTENT HEREWITH; ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REMOVAL OF SNOW, SLUSH, AND ICE FROM SIDEWALKS; ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS AND CURBS; AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. The proposed Ordinance contains provisions related to its Title in Section 1; Repealer of prior Ordinance(s) in Section 2; Snow, slush, and ice removal from sidewalks in Section 3; Sidewalk and Curb Construction, Reconstruction and Repair in Section 4; Penalty for Violation in Section 5; Severability in Section 6; and the Effective Date in Section 7.

The meeting will be held at the Woodbury Community Center, located at 4100 Woodbury Pike, Woodbury, Pennsylvania, 16695. Any and all interested persons may attend such meeting. Legal Notice of Proposed Ordinance

Notice is given that the Council of the Borough of Williamsburg will consider an Ordinance establishing the real estate millage tax rate for 2021 at its regular meeting to be held in the Municipal Building, 305 E. 2nd Street, Williamsburg, Pennsylvania on December 7, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The following is a summary of the proposed ordinance:

Section 1. That a tax be and the same is hereby levied for general Borough purposes on all real property within the Borough of Williamsburg subject to taxation for the fiscal year 2021 as following:

Tax rate for general purposes, the sum of 2,778 mills

on each dollar of assessed valuation,

or the sum $2.78

on each one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) of

assessed valuation.

For a total estimated tax levy for

general purposes of $149,033.00

The entire Ordinance may be examined at the Municipal Building, Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Woodbury Water Authority’s 2021 Budget is posted for public inspection in the Woodbury Post Office. It will lay open for the amount of time required by Authority regulations (currently ten days) and will be adopted at the subsequent meeting of the Woodbury Water Authority, but in no event later than December 31, 2020.

Tentative Budget Inspection Notice

The Roaring Spring Borough Council has given tentative approval of the 2021 budget which will be available for public inspection at the Borough office, 616 Spang Street, Roaring Spring, during regular business hours until December 14, 2020, at which time, the budget will be formally adopted at the regular council meeting of the Roaring Spring Borough Council.

2021 Budget Notice

The Board of Supervisors of Woodbury Township, Bedford County, has prepared the proposed 2021 Woodbury Township Budget. The proposed Budget will be available for public inspection at the Township Office during scheduled office hours until the December 3, 2020, regular monthly meeting. The meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Woodbury Area Community Center Large meeting room, Woodbury, PA, at which time the 2021 Township Budget will be formally adopted.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 14, 2020 at 6 p.m. the Borough Council of Roaring Spring, Blair County, Pennsylvania, will meet at the Municipal Building, 616 Spang Street, Roaring Spring, PA, at which time it plans to adopt its 2021 Tax Ordinances for the Borough of Roaring Spring as followed:

1. Re-enactment of all prior ordinances and resolutions authorizing the collection fo the Roaring Spring Borough Per Capital, Local Services and Earned Income Taxes.

2. Assessment of the Real Estate Property Tax for 2021 shall be at 3 mills.

The proposed Ordinance contains provisions related to its Definitions in Section 1; Regulation of Outdoor Boilers in Section 2; Grandfather Clause in Section 3; Permitting and Regulation of Grandfathered Outdoor Boilers in Section 4; Penalties for violation in Section 5; Separate Offenses in Section 6; Abatement of Violations in Section 7; Severability Clause in Section 8; and the Effective Date in Section 9.
