Claysburg Area Community Theatre Still Going Strong

Members of the Claysburg Area Community Theatre practice for their Dec. 8 concert to be broadcast on Facebook. The group will perform several Christmas songs for the live event on the group's Facebook page, Claysburg Area Community Theatre.
Tom Ringler, artistic director for the Claysburg Area Community Theatre, said that he wants to let people know that "We are still around."
Ringler said that normally the group would be doing a fall show right now. However, with the pandemic, it is just not possible.
"Yet, we don't want to be hidden away," Ringler said.
That is why the group is getting together to produce a Facebook Live event on Dec. 8. The group will perform several Christmas songs for the event. Of course, they will be following all of the guidelines in order to have a safe event.
