Merle E. Chamberlain, 94, of Williamsburg, passed away Thursday morning, Nov. 19, 2020, at Hollidaysburg Veterans Home, following complications from COVID-19.

He was born April 29, 1926, in Canoe Creek, son of the late Leroy and Wilda K. (Hoover) Chamberlain. On May 27, 1949, he married C. Lorraine Burger in Williamsburg. She preceded him in death Feb. 16, 2002.

Surviving are two daughters: Regina L. Patterson (Ed) and Penny S. Edwards (Harry), both of Williamsburg; and a brother, Don D. Chamberlain of Altoona.
