Not Surprised by Election Results

To the Editor:

My Herald comes a week later than the published date. Of course I wasn't surprised by the headline. I am in my mid-80s and I was reminded that many, many, many years ago, one of my relatives told me "that even if the Devil ran on the Republican Ticket, Blair and Bedford would still vote for him.” OMG it happened in my lifetime! The constitution and democracy be damned!
