It’s time for Christmas! My mom, Suzanne, just asked me the other day when we are going to start our annual Christmas cookie day making. She jokes that although I like to get up early to start making the cookie dough, my energy soon fades after about the first three hours.

Here are two delicious cookie recipes.

Pecan Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups flour

1 – 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1-1/4 cups powdered sugar, divided

1/4 tsp. salt
