Jeff Dick of Martinsburg spent Monday morning, Nov. 23, mulching the fallen leaves in his yard along South Ann Street. Although the sun shone Monday morning, clouds rolled in for the rest of the day. According to www.weather.com, high temperatures will be mainly in the 30s and 40s over the course of the week. Low temperatures will hover around the freezing mark and dip below 30 degrees on several nights.
