SANDRA K. FOOR

Sandra K. Foor, 76, of Roaring Spring, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020, at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring.

She was born Aug. 22, 1944, in Altoona, daughter of the late Eugene Lee Smith and Mabel Naomi Hartman-Smith.

She was united in marriage to Robert C. Foor on March 16, 1964, in Winchester, Va.

Surviving are her husband, Robert; daughter Bobbi K. Frazee of Martinsburg; daughter Melonie D. Morgan (husband Jeffrey) of Orbisonia; granddaughter Brittany D. Morgan; grandson Brandon A. Morgan; brother Ronald Smith (wife Paulette) of Florida; and sister R...
