Duo Turns Loss of Food Service Jobs into a Brand-New Opportunity

This sandwich is one of the food offerings of BellyBusters Food Truck and Catering.

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit Cove residents in a variety of ways. For Williamsburg residents Joshua Bradley and Walter Weaver, the pandemic cost them their jobs at a chain restaurant in the area.

For some, this would mean hard times and hard choices, but for this duo, it was just the beginning and BellyBusters Food Truck and Catering Business was born.

With more than 45 years of combined years experience in the food service industry, the pair tossed around the idea of having a food truck and catering business. On Sept. 1, 2020, that dream became a reality.
