Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cocoa

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup melted butter

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 egg

2 tsp. vanilla

1-1/3 cups flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together cocoa powder, white sugar, butter and vegetable oil. Beat in egg and vanilla until fully incorporated.

Add the flour, baking powder, and salt; stir the dry ingredients first before mixing them through the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
