Mike Kopek, owner of Fox's Pizza on Allegheny Street, Martinsburg, makes another pie for a customer early Monday afternoon. Changing to no indoor dining has not been a major transition for his business since most of his business was takeout even before the pandemic. As with other restaurants, Fox's Pizza is offering no-contact deliveries now, he said.
