The Williamsburg Community School Board of Directors will hold Regular and Committee of the Whole Meetings in the Library, High School Building, 515 West Third Street, Williamsburg, PA. Committee of the Whole Meetings will be held at 7:00PM and Regular Meetings will be held at 7:30PM for the calendar year 2021.

AMENDMENT ORDINANCE
NOTICE is given that the Council of the Borough of Williamsburg will consider an Ordinance at its regular meeting to be held on January 4, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Municipal Building, 305 E. 2nd Street, Williamsburg, Pennsylvania. This ordinance will amend the Plan Document for 2021 with the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System, a summary applicable to the Ordinance follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF WILLIAMSBURG BOROUGH, BLAIR COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, ELECTING TO AMEND ITS POLICE PENSION PLAN ADMINISTERED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT SYSTEM PURSUANT TO ARTICLE IV OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT LAW; AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL PROVISIONS OF THE PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT LAW AS AMENDED AND AS APPLICABLE TO MEMBER MUNICIPALITIES.

The Supervisors of the above-mentioned township are hereby notifying residents of weight restrictions on the following roads, Lower Clover Creek, Ridge Road and Royer Road. Portions of these roads are now restricted to 10 tons, weight limit signs will be placed.

PUBLIC HEARING
The Roaring Spring Borough Zoning Hearing Board has scheduled a meeting December 29, 2020 @ 1:00pm in the Roaring Spring Borough Building, 616 Spang Street, Roaring Spring, PA 16673 and although the building will be closed to the public, the meeting will be open for the public to attend remotely via teleconference call. Public participation is invited and directions for accessing the meeting can be obtained by calling the borough office at 814-224-4814 by Monday, December 28, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. Said Board will consider an application for a Variance from Cardiology Associates, owner of 7467 Woodbury Pike, Roaring Spring. The Variance Hearing is to allow Cardiology Associates to build a two-story Office Building with a maximum height of 29 feet to the peak of the roof.

The Williamsburg Municipal Authority will meet on the following dates during 2021: January 5th, February 2nd, March 2nd, April 6th, May 4th, June 1st, July 13th, August 3rd, September 14th, October 5th, November 2nd, and December 7th. Meetings are scheduled for 6 PM at the municipal building except for in November. The November meeting will be at the Waste Water Treatment Plant at 826 Recreation Drive at 7 PM.
