Pastor Recalls Larry Kulp's 'Selfless, Giving Nature'

A long-time local farmer is being remembered as a man of God who went out of his way to make people feel special.

Francis Larry Kulp, who owned and operated the Lar-Ann Dairy Farm in Martinsburg for 26 years before his retirement in 1999, passed away on Friday, Dec. 11, at the age of 77.

A leader in the dairy farming community, Kulp also served the Cove community as a member of the Spring Cove School Board as well as a youth leader and Sunday school teacher at Martinsburg Mennonite Church.
