'Woodburys' Could Merge

Supervisors in Woodbury Township, Bedford County heard from a neighboring Woodbury Borough resident who would like to see the township and borough merge.

The Woodbury Good Time Christmas band traveled through the Woodbury area Saturday playing holiday songs on a number of musical instruments. The date marked the 43rd year for the band.

According to the Postal Service, Monday was the busiest day of the year; more than 800 million cards, letters and packages are expected to be mailed on that day alone, compared to 559 million on a typical day.
