Snow Continues

Overnight snow continued into the morning on Jan. 21. It dusted roads with a fine, grainy powder that left Cove Area motorists with blowing snow and slippery conditions for the daily commute. The wintry weather forced the closing of the Northern Bedford School District.

A seven-alarm fire destroyed a Huston Township 2-story duplex early Sunday, Jan. 23. Six residents were left homeless and the structure itself was deemed a total loss.
