Counties Call for Election Reforms Based on 2020 Experience

The County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) has released its preliminary report and recommendations outlining county priorities for further Election Code reforms, and strongly urged the General Assembly and administration to work together closely with counties to create positive, effective election policy.
