Hello again, everyone. So far we have made it through five out of the seven dairy cattle breeds, but this month, I would like to highlight the Ayrshire breed.

The Ayrshire breed originated from the County of Ayr in Scotland. They are a gorgeous reddish-brown mahogany and white color. These colors are usually in a spotted pattern on this breed of cattle. Ayrshires are renowned for their ability to adapt and conform to many environmental situations and farm management systems.
