This past Sunday was Valentine’s Day, and of course, being without a Valentine, I prepared a nice dinner for me and my sister. who too is sans a Valentine. But we can celebrate the gift of love all month long – and who’s to say no? Here is a steak and side-potato recipe that is sure to reciprocate that gift of love to anyone you decide to make it for.
