WILLIAM E. 'COUGAR' FEATHERS

William E. "Cougar" Feathers, 72, of Roaring Spring, passed away Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021, at UPMC Altoona, following a battle with COVID-19.

He was born March 22, 1948, in Roaring Spring, the son of the late Irvin and Lillian (Kennedy) Feathers. He married Alice (Corle) Feathers on May 3, 1995, in Winchester, Va.

He is survived by his wife; two daughters: Bobbi Jo Cunningham and husband Dave of Roaring Spring and Heidi Roseberry and husband Rich of Odessa, Fla.; three stepchildren; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jeff Feathers and wife Kim of Wake Forest, N.C.
