Bulldogs Searching for First 'W'

Claysburg-Kimmel nearly pulled off its first win in boys’ varsity basketball action this season Feb. 9.

The Bulldogs put together a furious third-quarter rally to take a one-point lead into the final eight minutes. A 15-11 Hornets’ run gave them a 55-52 win.

Senior Corey Chamberlain led C-K with 12 points. Junior Wyatt Buell hit three 3-pointers and finished with 11 points. Senior Parker Dibert hit three 3-pointers for his nine points.

Juniata Valley hit 11 of its 18 opportunities from the foul line, while C-K was 2-for-9.
