Hollidaysburg Man Accused of Vandalizing State Rep.'s Office

Charges against a Hollidaysburg man accused of throwing an object through the window of the office of State Rep. Jim Gregory have been waived to Blair County Court.

Joseph A Fox, 30, remains free on $10,000 unsecured bail after appearing before Hollidaysburg District Magistrate Paula Aigner on Feb. 24.

Fox was arrested on Jan. 22 after Hollidaysburg Borough police were called to the office of State Rep. Jim Gregory to investigate an act of vandalism.

According to the police, Fox threw a wooden cross at the bay window of Gregory’s Allegheny Street office, causing the window to shatter. Po...
