Claysburg Man Charged with Assaulting Two Women

A Claysburg man is behind bars after police said he assaulted his live-in girlfriend and another woman.

Gary J. Pleva, 63, was arrested on March 1 after Greenfield Township police were called to his home to investigate a domestic disturbance.

The woman told police that Pleva had been “harassing” her for several days and on March 1 she went to retrieve a bird feeder from the rear of the residence.
