Those with Autism in Criminal Justice System Get Attention of Pennsylvania Supreme Court

Recognizing the importance of criminal justice reform for those with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, along with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS), took steps toward addressing access to justice issues.
