Physician Sees Improvement

Dr. J.W. Hershberger, interviewed on the 25th anniversary of his medical practice in Martinsburg, noted that the greatest change he observed in the community was the spirit of cooperation. The doctor recalled that when he came to Martinsburg, competition in business and professional relations, as well as between churches, generally meant personal animosity.
