To the Editor:

As a former deputy Register of Wills & Recorder of Deeds, I worked closely with the prothonotary’s office for 5 years and understand how important it is to have competent, professional leadership in that office. The county’s “row” offices are non-political by nature and designed to perform a specific role in the overall county government system.
