Commencement week at Martinsburg High was front page news. Baccalaureate services were held in the Church of God with Pastor W.H. Snyder addressing the graduates. Class Day exercises were held in Brumbaugh Hall with teachers Prof. M. Elton Dean and Mary Graffius leading the opening march. Introduction of class was made by President Roy Brumbaugh, after which Rose Lower presented the class statistics. Commencement on Tuesday was Marred by rain.
