Martinsburg Borough Council received a petition asking it to engage in legal action leading to the annexation of over 30 properties on the northeast and southeast sides of the borough.

The Martinsburg Sportsmen’s Association sold its hunting lodge at Beavertown to Frank Creighton of Juniata, Altoona.
