Members of the Martinsburg Fire Department came to the rescue the morning of Sunday, May 2, to save ducklings from a storm drain at East Christina and North Mulberry streets.
"Large or small, they are on the call," said Crystal Blattenberger in a Facebook post.
Blattenberger's family called the fire department after hearing a mother duck in distress. The mother duck was reunited with seven of her 11 babies.
