Award-Winner Feels At Home at Nason

When Julie Russell joined the Conemaugh Nason Medical Center team more than 14 years ago, she knew she belonged there. And Russell's Conemaugh Nason colleagues clearly gained an important asset.

Russell was announced as a recipient of a 2021 Mercy Award on May 26, after being nominated for the prestigious award by colleagues.

The Mercy Award is an annual recognition program established in 2002 to honor the life and contributions of Scott Mercy, LifePoint's founding chairman and chief executive officer. The award is considered the highest honor a LifePoint employee can receive.
