Greenfield Township Looking for Pavement Bids

Greenfield Township is seeking bids to pave Evergreen Road, Locust Street, Mansion Drive, Spruce Street, Hickory Street and Walnut Street from Old 220 to Bedford Street and Bedford Street to the bridge. Bids will be accepted until 3 p.m. on July 6, and opened at the board of supervisor’s meeting that evening.

Eleven new trees were planted at the community park and township office, Matt Treon, board chair and the township’s road foreman, reported during the supervisor’s meeting on June 1.

A new piece of playground equipment was installed at the community park, according to Treon.
