Herbert E. Brown, 84, resident of The Lutheran Home at Hollidaysburg formerly of Martinsburg, passed away, Thursday, June 3, 2021, at UPMC Altoona.

He was born March 7, 1937, in Martinsburg, son of the late Herbert L. and Ethel L. (Holland) Brown.
