M-burg Sets Teen Curfew

Martinsburg Mayor Richard D. Moore imposed a curfew in the borough that required persons under 16 to be off the street by 10 p.m. and those 18 and under to be in by 11 p.m. except for Friday’s and Saturdays.

Mrs. Ralph Glass was installed as president of the Roaring Spring Dandy Lions.

Sandra Uhland of Yellow Creek met her pen pal of eight years – Jean-Louis Jabas of Switzerland – for the first time at her college graduation.

Martinsburg electrical contractor Harold D. Blattenberger, 57, died June 11, 1971.
